ABOUT ME
I discovered the benefits of Holistic Kinesiology when I witnessed the amazing changes in my mother’s health. My mother had suffered a brain hemorrhage and was trying a range of therapies to recover and heal after such a trauma. It was through attending the Kinesiology sessions with my mother and seeing the dramatic progress in her health on all levels, that I developed my passion for Kinesiology. I found Kinesiology to be a gentle, yet empowering form of healing. Holistic Kinesiology not only benefited my mother but also helped me realise my true passion of wanting to empower people to achieve optimum health and well-being.
As a result, in 2003 I followed my passion and began my study at the College of Complementary Medicine. I successfully completed my diplomas in Kinesiology and Mind Body Medicine.
Currently, I am fortunate enough to teach and be part of a great team at the College of Complementary Medicine. I am able to share in the excitement, dedication and passion of experienced and future practitioners who will go into the world and make a difference in people’s lives.
Since 2007, I have been part of the Shirley Rd Chiropractic team at Crows Nest and Baulkham Hills where I have my clinics. Over the last few years, I have also worked in the corporate field offering staff Holistic Kinesiology sessions as part of a Health and Wellness Program.
